  • Account information: Duration of account plus 3 years for legal compliance
  • Transaction records: As required by Thai tax and accounting laws (typically 5 years)
  • Marketing communications: Until you withdraw consent

8. MINOR PROTECTION POLICY

We do not intentionally collect information from individuals under 20 years of age (the age of majority in Thailand), nor do we direct marketing toward minors. By using our Platform, you confirm you are at least 20 years old. 10. DO-NOT-TRACK SIGNALS

While most browsers offer Do-Not-Track (DNT) functionality, we currently do not respond to DNT signals due to the absence of a standardized technology framework.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, or alteration, in accordance with the PDPA's security requirements. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
